Matty 1920′s House was indeed a challenge will small budget. After opening a few holes, trying to address the best way to handle one of the many problems we decide that the best solution was to demolish whatever we could and start over.
During the process cans of beer between studs or drywall on top of stucco was a daily surprise.
3 weeks after the start date we earn not only a friendship but a lot of gratitude from our clients.
We start this project from scratch, a custom house, we get in to do all finish out, took 4 months to acomplish, a lot of work, a crew of 6 working 12 hours a day.
Hardwood floors, tan paint, recessed lights, can lights, a perfect design for a room or studio.

This was as you can see and old 70′s bathroom, the design team with the owner decide to go for a luxury five star hotel look, the renovation took place in month, the design was straight forward; we didn’t found major problems.
A pretty affordable renovation for only 6k.

The start this job took the the team awhile, we were contact by the owners when they where outside of the country, the planing took a couple of months and hundreds of e-mails. Mrs McGee was in tears first time she saw the kitchen, thanks again to the whole team involved. Lets wait for the next challenge.
